Pickup Policy

Please note that I currently do not offer delivery services. All orders must be picked up directly from my location in West Chester.

​Once your order is confirmed, we will coordinate a specific pickup time to ensure your treats are fresh and ready for you. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you! Visit our getting started page for directions.

Allergen Disclaimer

While most of my products are made without nuts unless specifically requested, please be advised that the treats are prepared in a kitchen that is not nut-free.

​I take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination; however, I cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free of trace allergens. Customers with severe allergies should exercise judgment based on their individual sensitivity.

Payment Terms

I accept Venmo, cash, and business checks; please note that personal checks are not accepted.

​Payment is required at the time the order is placed for all orders.

​Cancellations

​I require at least one week’s notice for any order cancellations and changes. Please be aware that any cancellations made with less than one week’s notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and any changes will result in an additional charge.

I strive for perfection in every bite! If I missed the mark, please reach out immediately and ask for Brooke Woodward. If I’m unavailable, please leave a message with your details so I can get back to you quickly. I offer several ways to resolve issues, including on-the-spot fixes, replacements, or credit for future orders.

At Cake Crafter, I believe every celebration deserves a one-of-a-kind centerpiece. I am an artist who pours my own unique flair and decades of experience into every design. Because my cakes are handcrafted—not mass-produced—please keep in mind that:

​Artistic Interpretation: While I use your inspiration photos as a guide, no two cakes are ever identical.

​Hand-Mixed Colors: I mix my icings by hand to match your theme. Due to the nature of food coloring and lighting, slight variations in shades may occur.

​Collaborative Vision: I love seeing your ideas! Please feel free to send inspiration photos when placing your order so I can bring your vision to life.
